Service Advisor

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is a base-plus-commission paid position with average annual earnings between $80,000 to $130,000 based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with a positive and professional experience
• Listen to customer concerns and identify their needs
• Document and accurately communicate service requests to the service technicians
• Ensure that all necessary parts and supplies are ordered and available for the service technicians
• Schedule service appointments, maintain an organized service schedule, and manage the service department's workflow
• Inform customers about service recommendations, provide cost estimates, and obtain customer or warranty approval prior to work being performed
• Keep customers informed about the status of their RV throughout the service process and any additional repairs that may be required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed
• Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure their satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service, handle any customer concerns or complaints, and ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Experience as a Service Advisor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of RV repair and maintenance
• Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and service software programs
• Valid driver's license

Working Conditions

• This job may require standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time
• The work environment may be noisy and include exposure to fumes, dust, and other hazards associated with working in a service department
• The position may require working weekends or holidays depending on customer demand
