Responsibilities
- Oversight of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Ownership of the customer's experience through additional assignments that enhance the dealership's positive impression.
- Concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person, to ensure smooth handling of customer needs.
- Distribution of technicians' time to service customers efficiently.
- Efficiently managing the daily inventory of technicians' time.
Qualifications
- Organized and friendly personality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage others.
- Time management skills.
- Fantastic communication skills with customers.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record.
