Service Advisor

About the role

Les Stumpf Ford has been trusted in the community for over 100 years and is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join their team. They are looking for a dedicated individual with the drive to build on a solid foundation while maintaining a positive customer service-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Service Drive and perform walk-around inspections on the customer vehicle
• Record proper vehicle and customer information
• Actively listen and record customer concerns
• Accurately relay vehicle updates with the customer via phone, text, or email
• Provide excellent customer service during the customer visit and follow up
• Provide an active delivery process of the vehicle upon customer arrival for vehicle pick-up
• Maintain positive communication between Service team members
• Maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Customer service oriented
• Valid driver's license required
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset
• 3+ years of experience

Pay

$55,000 - $70,000 | Salary + Commission
