Service Advisor

About the role

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of the service drive while ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional, and friendly service.
• Own the customer experience from check-in to delivery, answering questions about vehicle concerns, warranties, and repairs.
• Work closely with the shop to maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor/Writer experience, minimum of 2 consecutive years.
• Fantastic communication skills with your customers.
• A professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• A consistent record of service and sales success.
• A strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• A team-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Pay

$50K - $83K, up to $150K annually for top performers.
