Service Advisor

Join the Best-One Tire & Service team at our West 86th St location as a Service Advisor. We're looking for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating raving fans.

About the role

As a Service Advisor, you'll keep operations running smoothly while assisting customers in a retail tire or automotive service environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet and assist customers in a respectful and timely manner
• Answer customer questions about service outcomes and consult with technicians when necessary
• Oversee and manage the shop’s scheduling and workflow
• Inform customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
• Monitor technician’s workflow and proper maintaining of tools and equipment
• Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out, updated, completed, and closed according to Best-One and customer standards

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail tire or automotive service environment
• Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets company’s insurance requirements
• Commitment to service beyond customer expectations

Pay

Starting at $20/hour, with higher pay based on experience.
