Service Advisor - AN Honda Spokane Valley

About the Role

As a Service Advisor at AutoNation, you’ll be part of a nationwide team servicing 20,000 cars a day, building customer loyalty, and ensuring drivers stay safe on the road. Working in our state-of-the-art service departments, you’ll act as the go-between for Service Technicians and customers, using leading-edge technology to uncover selling opportunities and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm, and prepare for appointments to ensure a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index.
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and determine vehicle needs through customer information, vehicle walk-arounds, inspections, and test drives.
• Use a consultative selling process to assist customers in planning ongoing vehicle maintenance.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates, ensuring full transparency.
• Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely work completion.
• Follow up with customers on vehicle status and ensure satisfaction.
• Gain superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Pay

Commission-based role estimated between $4,000 - $18,000 per month.
