About the role
TEAM UP WITH US! The Service Administrative Assistant II schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
- Open Work Orders for Customers
- Updating the aged WIP (Work in Progress)
- Loading Technician Notes
- Preparing work orders of $5k to $10k for closing
- Preparing work orders for Invoicing
- Collecting pre-payments, final payments, and sending for credit approval
- Issuing PO’s to our vendors
- Communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service for internal and external customers
- Reconcile P-card’s for business needs
- Cooking and arranging meetings/travel; preparing agendas; recording and transcribing minutes of meetings; conducting research and compiling reports as needed
- Ordering and maintaining supplies; arranging for equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite software
Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
