Service Account Manager | Industrial Technology | Central U.S.Our client is a global industrial technology company known for highly engineered equipment and solutions serving specialized markets. They are looking to add a Service Account Manager to their growing aftermarket team.This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys a combination of account management, technical sales, field support, and relationship building. You’ll have significant ownership over a portfolio of customers, working directly with key accounts to strengthen relationships, resolve technical issues, identify new opportunities, and drive repeat business.What You’ll Do:Manage and grow relationships with key customers across your territoryDevelop and execute strategies to drive repeat sales, aftermarket revenue, spare parts, and service agreementsServe as a trusted customer contact for technical questions, equipment performance concerns, and onsite issuesIdentify opportunities within existing accounts and convert leads into salesCoordinate closely with internal sales, technical, and support teams to deliver solutionsConduct customer visits and provide training on equipment operation and maintenanceManage service contracts, renewals, and other aftermarket opportunitiesTrack orders, customer activity, and market intelligence through CRM toolsPrepare customer visit reports, presentations, and other account-related materialsWhat We’re Looking For:2–4 years of experience in technical sales, account management, field service, or a related customer-facing environmentExperience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, machinery, or another technical environment strongly preferredStrong customer relationship and communication skillsTechnical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot customer issuesSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independentlyConfident, persuasive, and commercially drivenWillingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S.Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred $75K - 80K dependent on experience If you are interested, please apply directly and email your resume to Cassidy Sullivan at csullivan@daleyaa.com!
