Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for assigned client accounts.

- Monitor account activities and identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Aid in onboarding new clients and account setup processes.
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare account summaries, updates, and status reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
- Support administrative and operational projects related to account management
