Create unforgettable guest experiences at The Lobby Bar in The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, where handcrafted cocktails, live music, and a vibrant social atmosphere come together every evening. We're looking for enthusiastic Servers who thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy connecting with guests, and take pride in delivering attentive, memorable service with every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Help create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back
- Anticipate guest needs and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
- Deliver friendly, personalized service from the first greeting to the final farewell
- Suggest signature cocktails and ensure every detail of the dining experience is just right
- Play an essential role in creating an enjoyable and memorable visit
Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Solid knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, cocktails, and ingredients
- Exceptional social skills
- Ability to manage multiple guest needs at once
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Confidence and attention to detail
Pay & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $15.16 / hour + tips
- Employment Type: Full Time Year Round
- Schedule: Shifts start at noon, 2pm, and 4pm
