Cook Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe and quality standards
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Aid in food prep, stocking, and kitchen organization
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods
• Support overall kitchen operations and teamwork

Server Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver meals promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
• Must have a flexible schedule that includes availability on weekends and holidays
• A passion for the restaurant industry and providing excellent service to customers
