Dishwasher (Hiring Now)

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize kitchenware, utensils, and dishes
• Sort and stack cleaned items for easy access by kitchen staff
• Perform cleaning duties in the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Assist in the organization and storage of clean dishes and cooking implements
• Support chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks as needed
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a healthy work environment
• Notify supervisors of any equipment issues or supply shortages

Requirements

• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar kitchen role is preferred but not mandatory
• Understanding of proper food safety and sanitation practices is advantageous
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude with a willingness to take on various tasks in a collaborative setting
