About the role

Flexible Schedule between 9-6Pm, Mondays off, Weekends Required. Trolley Eats is the corporate dining division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, a Richmond-based hospitality group serving the greater Richmond and Hampton Roads regions. Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Take and enter accurate orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner; check back to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout service.
• Process payments accurately.
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Support team members to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant server experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and comfort managing multiple tables.
• Able to follow directions and work independently.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
