The role at The Fog Room is a key position in our team, responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables
- Assisting with food and beverage orders
- Ensuring all guests are satisfied with their dining experience
- Managing inventory and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude
Skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage service protocols
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
