Server & Brand Ambassador

About the role

Tea Around Town Dallas is seeking highly ambitious professionals to join our company and the Tea Around Town brand! This dual role position combines responsibilities as a Server and Brand Ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Offer the entirety of our tea menu throughout the course of the tour
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu accurately and efficiently
• Ensure guest satisfaction by engaging with our visitors throughout their dining experience
• Clear tables and reset them completely and efficiently to prepare for next guests and multiple trips/day
• Collaborate and communicate with other team members to ensure exemplary guest service

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is strongly preferred
• Exemplary time management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for travel, tourism, and exploring new destinations
• Knowledge of Dallas, TX. attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots is strongly preferred
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality and marketing is advantageous but not required
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with the potential for remote or offsite assignments
