About the role

Steelbach is a Southern-inspired kitchen and chophouse located within the Armature Works property. We celebrate the rich culinary heritage of the South with bold creativity and timeless warmth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and intention
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and genuine knowledge
• Present daily specials and answer questions enthusiastically
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and seamlessly
• Be the bridge between kitchen and guest, ensuring every dish arrives as intended
• Own the tableside moment, assisting with and narrating finishing presentations
• Clear and reset tables with care, maintaining the polished atmosphere
• Process checks and payments efficiently
• Pitch in wherever needed

Requirements

• A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel at ease
• Strong organizational skills
• Comfort with POS systems or the ability to learn quickly
• A high school diploma
• Previous server experience preferred
• Must complete Ro's training program (paid)

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods
• Carry and balance trays weighing up to 25 lbs
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy dining environment
