Steelbach is a Southern-inspired kitchen and chophouse located within the Armature Works property. We celebrate the rich culinary heritage of the South with bold creativity and timeless warmth.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and intention
• Guide guests through the menu with confidence and knowledge
• Pitch in wherever needed, ensuring a collaborative team environment
• Process checks and payments efficiently

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of the full menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and daily specials
• Familiarity with wine pairings and ability to speak knowledgeably about wine and beverage offerings
• Thorough understanding of common food allergies and cross-contamination protocols
• Previous experience serving in a fast-paced, upscale, high-volume restaurant
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask gracefully under pressure
