The Server at Southern Tier Brewing plays a crucial role in providing a welcoming and knowledgeable experience for guests. Our goal is to ensure that every interaction reflects the quality and passion that goes into our products.

Who We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old
• A passion for hospitality and craft beverage
• Previous server experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong communication and composure under pressure
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with the point-of-sale system
• Prolonged standing and walking required
• Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

What You'll Do

• Greet guests promptly upon seating
• Ensure tables are clean and supplies are ready
• Communicate knowledgeably about ABV beverages and menu offerings
• Take and place food and beverage orders accurately
• Prepare and deliver food and beverages to guests
• Clear tables and process payments
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Compensation

This position pays $10.70 per hour plus tips.
