About the role

Mirabella Seattle, South Lake Union’s premier upscale retirement community, is seeking Servers—experienced or not—to join us in providing our residents with a great hospitality experience when dining with us. We have part-time and full-time positions available, providing a flexible schedule with no late nights.

Compensation

$21.88 – $24.00/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality during resident dining experiences.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming dining environment.
• Contribute ideas to enhance resident satisfaction and dining quality.

Requirements

• A valid Food Handlers card and MAST permit.
• ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus.
