About the role

The Server position is centered in the restaurant's Front of the House operations. Responsibilities include serving guests, suggesting and explaining menus, running food and drinks, carrying trays, handling money transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. The Server reports to the FOH Supervisor Team.

Responsibilities

• Serving guests
• Suggesting and explaining menus
• Entering & managing orders in POS system
• Running food and drinks
• Carrying trays
• Handling money transactions
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests
• Seating guests at clean, properly maintained tables
• Organizing large quantities of china, glass, silverware, supplies, and other items
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness of equipment, tools, and working areas
• Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly trainings and operational updates
• Assisting other team members with their responsibilities
• Enforcing responsible alcohol service policies
• Upholding health code, quality, and cleanliness standards

This seasonal position runs from October 1, 2026, through November 29, 2026.

Additional Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Pass a pre-employment, post-offer background check
• One year prior experience as a banquet or dining room server preferred or one year prior experience in a front of house position within a full-service restaurant required
• A pattern of regular, prompt, dependable attendance
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills
• A passion for craft beer and its accompanying cuisine
• Strong knowledge and understanding of hospitality and restaurant flow
• Excellent work ethic with attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy skills and preferred experience with restaurant Point of Sale systems
