Responsibilities

• Knowledge of fine dining service and full familiarity with menus
• Full knowledge of beverage offerings
• Station set-up and breakdown, including side-work
• Polish and clean glass and silver wares
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
• Prepare dollies’ underliners and fold various napkins for service
• Provide exceptional service to guests, including greeting with a smile and using surnames when obtained
• Clean and maintain the restaurant
• Operate the Micros Computer System
• Assist other associates and maintain a dedication to teamwork

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Saturday and Sunday availability
• Prior hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
