About the role
Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Server to join our team. What you’ll do
- Seat guests and take accurate food orders
- Monitor food distribution, ensuring meals are delivered to the correct recipients, properly prepared, nicely presented, and/or the buffet is appealing
- Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests
- Be familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedure
- Total checks, present to guests, and accept payment
- Assist with bussing tables
- Perform various other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of High School education (post-high school education preferred)
- Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel/restaurant serving role
Skills

- Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
- Ability to operate equipment such as cash registers and calculators
- Basic mathematical skills for making change and giving refunds
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts

Pay
Compensation range: $5.75 per hour
