About the role
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Server to join their dining services team at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals to guests and residents in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner
- Aid with dining room setup, service, and cleanup
- Create a positive and welcoming dining experience
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Support guests, residents, families, and team members with kindness and professionalism
- Work closely with the dining services team to ensure quality service
- Assist with additional dining services duties as needed
Requirements
- A friendly, dependable team member with a heart for serving others
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous serving, food service, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to support guests and residents with patience, respect, and compassion
Starting Pay
$15.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
PRN, 4:00p.m. - 9:00p.m (2-4 nights per week, includes weekends.)
