Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Provide personal service and attention to detail exceeding guest expectations.
- Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within casino.
- Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food.
- Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the casino.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety.
- Guest-oriented approach.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
