Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide personalized service and attention to detail.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work collaboratively with fellow associates and other service departments.
• Support the service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food.
• Be knowledgeable about other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the casino.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Proven experience in restaurant serving or waitering in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Responsible and trustworthy behavior.
