About the role

The role involves managing server operations, ensuring high availability, and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Manage server operations and ensure system uptime.
• Provide technical support to users as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to servers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in server management and technical support.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix administration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of network security best practices.

Skills

• Linux/Unix scripting (Bash, Shell).
• AWS or Azure administration.
• Database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• System monitoring tools (Prometheus, Nagios).
• Version control systems (Git).
