Pay
$15.10 - $18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Server, You Will Provide Exceptional Dining Service
- Assist with seating
- Build positive relationships with residents and guests
- Help resident select their meals
Ensure Safety and Sanitation
- Set and clear tables
- Arrange seating
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of all flatware and glassware
- Perform dishwashing
- Organize clean dishes in designated areas
- Maintain dining and kitchen areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
- Adhere to safety and infection control procedures
Communicate Effectively
- Proactively communicate with residents and team members
Other Duties as Assigned
- Participate in special projects
- Assist in other areas of the building
- Attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required
Job Requirements
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to follow emergency protocols
- Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors
- Successful completion of a state-mandated background check
