Schedule

  • Part-time
  • 24 hours/pay period
  • Evenings during Weekdays
  • 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Includes every other weekend and holiday (mixed day and evening shifts)

Pay

Range: $15.10 - $18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Server, You Will Provide Exceptional Dining Service

  • Assist with seating
  • Build positive relationships with residents and guests
  • Help resident select their meals

Ensure Safety and Sanitation

  • Set and clear tables
  • Arrange seating
  • Maintain the cleanliness and condition of all flatware and glassware
  • Perform dishwashing
  • Organize clean dishes in designated areas
  • Maintain dining and kitchen areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping
  • Adhere to safety and infection control procedures

Communicate Effectively

  • Proactively communicate with residents and team members

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Participate in special projects
  • Auxiliary work in other areas of the building
  • Attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required

This Job Also Requires

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills

Physical Tasks

  • Lifting
  • Bending
  • Standing for extended periods

Previous Experience

  • Preferred but not required: dining services, food handling, or customer service

Communication Skills

  • Ability to follow emergency protocols
  • Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors
