Server - Part-Time

About the role

We are looking for friendly and outgoing servers with good communication skills and basic knowledge of food and drink varieties. Responsibilities

• Welcoming all members
• Answer questions about the menu items and explain how they are prepared
• Responsible alcohol service – TIPS preferred
• Be a team member in order to maintain an effective work atmosphere
• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for members according to prescribed recipes or portions
• Keep bar/dining room stocked with necessary supplies
• Complete side work before each shift is mandatory
• Keep workstation clean and well organized
• Transmit orders to the kitchen, noting the timing of meal progression
• Maintain dining experience by inquiring needs, removing courses as completed, and being alert to any special needs of the members
• Report to work well manicured with a neat and clean uniform
• Be flexible to work in other areas/positions as scheduled and when needed
