Server (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking individuals who can embody our mission to enrich the lives of those we serve with Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. In this role, you will provide efficient and pleasant service of food and beverages to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Accept food orders and communicate to the kitchen for delivery to residents and guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and requests.
• Buss and reset tables, and perform assigned side work.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards all residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience is preferred, but training will be provided if necessary.
• You must complete food safety training to obtain and/or hold any required local, state, and/or county food handling/sanitation licenses and/or certificates.
• You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Basic computer skills are needed for the Point of Sale (POS) system and payroll system.
• You must be able to make independent decisions when necessary.
• You should have the ability to solve practical problems and interact positively with residents and co-workers.
