About the Role
We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Server. You will make a difference in the lives of residents by providing efficient and courteous service to residents and their guests during meals. The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality.
This position differs from typical server roles with predictable hours—no late nights, as residents prefer early dining—allowing for a satisfying work/life balance. Servers are paid a flat hourly rate and may not accept tips to ensure resident protection.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and their guests in an elegant restaurant-style dining room.
- Accurately take, place, and serve food and beverage orders as requested.
- Assist with special requests whenever possible.
- Monitor the salad bar to ensure proper supply and temperature is maintained.
- Clear tables, deliver soiled items for cleaning, and reset tables.
