Providence Place at Ingleside is an exceptional 55-plus active adult independent living community nestled on a beautiful hilltop in Holyoke, Massachusetts. We are dedicated to creating an extraordinary experience for our senior residents, offering various programs to maintain an active and enjoyable lifestyle. Responsibilities

• Take residents' orders and serve delicious meals in a timely manner.
• Be a menu expert, knowledgeable about daily specials and desserts to assist residents with their selections.
• Keep the dining room and service area clean and welcoming.
• Prepare for special functions and events.
• Provide excellent service and attend to additional resident requests.
• Maintain a neat appearance in regulation uniform.
• Uphold confidentiality regarding resident information.
• Set up the coffee shop, creating a delightful ambiance.
• Keep the coffee shop fully stocked and impeccably clean during service.
• Wash and maintain all coffee shop dishware and utensils.
• Break down the coffee shop and keep counters tidy.
• Add flower arrangements and wash/fold linen as needed.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more.

• Can‑do attitude and love for creating memorable experiences.

Skills

• Menu knowledge and ability to recommend daily specials and desserts.
• Coffee shop setup, stocking, cleaning, and breakdown.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Flower arrangement and linen care.
