Server: Part-time

Schedule

Part-time, 20–25 hours per week. Must be available weekends and some evenings during the week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room for meal service, including table setup and stocking service areas.
• Serve meals, beverages, and desserts to residents in a timely and courteous manner.
• Clear and reset tables during and after meal service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining and service areas.
• Assist with meal service preparation and closing duties.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Ensure resident satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns.
• Interact with senior residents and guests, take and deliver food orders following company standards.
• Work with kitchen staff, assist with bussing and resetting tables, remove dirty dishes, dispose of trash, and restock inventory as needed.
• Perform side work duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 15 years old.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or food service experience preferred, but not required.

Pay

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour.
