Server- Par time

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to members/guests.
• Ensure meals meet the club's standards.
• Maintain proper server attire.
• Greet parties and record member(s)’ names and account numbers.
• Show thorough knowledge of the Quail Ridge Country Club menu and daily specials.
• Offer quick and efficient service of food and beverages.
• Ensure food is properly garnished and hot items are covered.
• Serve food on trays.
• Display a cheerful and enthusiastic attitude.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Wait service/server experience required.
• Country club service experience a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry 15-25 lb. trays of food and beverages.
• Physical ability to perform all required duties.
• Neat appearance, courteous manner, and good interpersonal skills.
• Punctuality and good attendance record expected.
