Server - On-Call

At The Landing at Carmichael, an Agemark Senior Living community, dining is about more than serving food. As an On-Call Server, you'll help create a warm, welcoming dining experience while supporting our team when additional coverage is needed. Plus, enjoy flexible shifts and no late nights!

What You'll Do

• Greet residents warmly and take meal orders
• Serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner
• Assist with dining room set-up, clean-up, and restocking
• Support special events and dining experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment
• Get to know residents and provide attentive, personalized service

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, dependable, and ready to help
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts as needed
• Availability for some evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous serving or hospitality experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person
• A genuine desire to serve and connect with others
