About the role

The Server position is a critical role within our Hospitality Team. Servers are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional hospitality and gracious service to every guest. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service
• Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
• Maintain a clean and inviting café environment
• Assist with restocking and cleaning as needed
• Handle transactions efficiently with a positive attitude
• Engage and communicate clearly with guests using the highest standard of hospitality
• Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability
• Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels
• Communicate clearly and effectively to inspire and align teams
• Foster an inclusive, high-quality café culture through thoughtful interactions

Qualifications

• Serving experience required
• Specialty Coffee experience a plus
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations
• Availability for nights and weekends
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift)
