Server - Limited Part-time Program - Cumberland Crossing Manor

About the role

The Server position at Cumberland Crossing Manor, McCandless, PA is a limited part-time role, offering 9-12 hours per week with every other weekend, from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM during the week and 8 AM – 10 AM, 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM, or 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM during the weekend.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.
• Serve residents in the main dining room and at special functions.
• Prepare some simple or “light” food items and beverage prep.
• Buss tables (clearing, cleaning, and resetting).
• Complete other cleaning assignments as directed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork.
• Enjoy multi-tasking since every day is different.
• Have good attention to detail and time management.

Pay

Program Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule

9-12 hours per week with every other weekend, from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM during the week and 8 AM – 10 AM, 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM, or 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM during the weekend.
