Server Late Night

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is looking for outgoing, energetic personalities to join our team as Servers.

About the role

As a Server, you will provide an enjoyable experience for every guest, serve food and beverages promptly, and ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages—all while creating a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and memorable experience for guests
• Know the menu inside and out
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, and process payments
• Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly

Requirements

• Welcoming and guest service-driven personality
• Must meet the required age for your state
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• 1-year serving experience preferred
