Server - Full Time

About the role

True Connection Communities (TCC) is a rapidly growing Senior Housing platform focused on the Active Adult and Independent Living segments. The Server role is the most important role in delivering a best-in-class dining experience, as they are the first and last contact with residents and have the ability to resolve any service issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers.
• Takes food and drink orders from customers and answers questions about menu items.
• Relays customers’ orders to other kitchen staff.
• Serves food and drinks to customers.
• Cleans assigned work areas, such as dining tables or serving counters.
• Stocks service stations, cabinets, and tables.
• Sets tables or prepares food stations for new customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred.
• Previous food service experience is preferred.
• Excellent listening skills and detail-oriented.
• Able to ask appropriate questions to deliver the best service possible.
• Experience in a hospitality, healthcare, or service environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds.

Schedule

Full-time, 32+ hours per week. Shifts: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM. Weekends and holidays are mandatory.

Pay

$15.00 per hour.
