About the role
As a Server in our community restaurant, you help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Direct residents to their tables and present menus.
- Suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
- Communicate specific resident orders using the state‑of‑the‑art point of sale system.
- Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by the community.
Qualifications
- A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.
- If under 18, provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable).
- Current Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one through Spectrum as required by state or county regulations.
- Strong customer service presentation skills.
Schedule
Full‑Time. All Shifts.
