Server Full-time

About the Role

This full-time position is primarily based in our coffee shop but includes floor service. It’s ideal for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, engaging with elders, and delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of food in accordance with policies, procedures, and all food safety regulations.
• Take and deliver meal orders accurately.
• Assist in checking special diets before meal distribution.
• Prepare and deliver trays as required.
• Greet residents and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Maintain dining areas by clearing and prepping for the next customer.

Requirements

• Have or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employment.
• Be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule and maintain regular attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.
• Respectful and compassionate when serving older adults.

Pay

$16.00–$20.75 per hour, depending on experience.
