Founded in 1915, Olympia Fields Country Club is steeped in tradition with a rich history of excellence and prestige. For over 100 years, OFCC has hosted such prominent events as the US Open, US Amateur Championship, the US Senior Open Championship, numerous Western Opens, the PGA Championship, the KPMG PGA Women's Championship, and most recently, the BMW Championship. About the Role
The Server creates a welcoming and exceptional experience for the Club’s members and guests during private or Club-sponsored events. Responsible for providing a five-star member dining experience and exceeding member expectations while executing member and club-hosted events.

Requirements
- Prior banquet or server experience preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Fluent in written and conversational English.
- Experienced point of sales user.
- Comfortable working in a hot and noisy environment.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and move freely about the Clubhouse and patio areas.
- Frequently lifts, carries, pulls, and pushes up to 50 lbs.
Schedule
- Flexible schedule as needed based on business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Expected to work during the Golf season, mid-April to December.
- Shifts start as early as 6:00 am and end as late as 2:00 am.
- Overtime may be required to meet increased membership needs, potentially extending the workday to 10+ hours.
Pay
Starting at $15.40/hr.
