We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "About Kirkland & Ellis" (company description) but we should not repeat job title as heading. We need sections: maybe "About the role" (the description of role), "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". Use

for each heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must include only sections that have real specific content. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we should omit "How to Apply", "Equal Employment Opportunity". Also omit "About Kirkland & Ellis"? That's company description; maybe we can include as "About the role"? Actually "About Kirkland & Ellis" is generic company overview, not specific to role. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It doesn't explicitly say to remove company overview. But we should preserve all substantive information. The company overview is substantive about the firm. Could be included. However we need to decide sections. The posting includes sections: "What You’ll Do" (responsibilities), "The Schedule For This Position", "What You’ll Bring" (education, experience, etc.), "Compensation". Also there is a description of responsibilities broken into bullet-like paragraphs. We can map: - About the role: maybe combine the introductory paragraph after "What You’ll Do"? Actually "What You’ll Do" is responsibilities. Could have a short prose about role before bullet list. The posting: "Are you ready to take on a high-impact role at the intersection of server operations, cloud management, and enterprise security? As a Server Engineer II, you’ll play a key role on our global Server Operations team, supporting and advancing a hybrid infrastructure with a strong emphasis on Linux-based systems across on-premises datacenters and cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure. This role focuses on day-to-day Linux server operations, drive proactive security remediation, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. You’ll partner across teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions while maintaining a secure and resilient environment that supports critical business operations." That's prose; we can put under

          About the role

          Qualifications

          • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
          • Experience – 5–7 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3+ years supporting large‑scale Windows and virtualization environments.

          • System Administration Skills – Proficiency with Windows Server (2016–2025) and Linux distributions such as RHEL and Ubuntu.

          Pay

Compensation range for this position in Chicago: $116,000 – $144,000 (base salary).

Check for any duplicated lines: we removed "How to Apply", EEO. Also removed "About Kirkland & Ellis" company overview? We omitted it. Is that okay? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information". The company overview is substantive about the firm. But maybe it's considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's describing the firm. Might be considered substantive. However we already have "About the role" section that includes role description. The company overview could be added as another section like "About Kirkland & Ellis". But we need to decide if we should include it. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding another section may be okay if it's substantive. However we already have many sections. Could combine company overview into "About the role"? But that would mix role and company. Might be okay to add a short paragraph about the firm under "About the role" or separate "About the company". The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It gives examples but not limited to those. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The posting does have "About Kirkland & Ellis" with specific content about the firm. So we should include it. However we must not repeat the job title as heading; that's fine. Thus we could add a section "About Kirkland & Ellis" with the paragraph. But we already have "About the role". Could we rename "About the role" to "About the role" and keep company overview separate? Might be better to have "About Kirkland & Ellis" as its own section. However the examples list includes "About the role" not "About the company". But we can still use any heading; they gave examples but not exclusive. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So they suggest those headings but not restrict to them. It's okay to use other headings if needed. But to be safe, we could incorporate the company overview into "About the role" section, making it longer but still substantive. That would keep number of sections low. Let's do that: In "About the role" we can include both the role description and a brief about the firm. However the role description already mentions the team etc. Adding firm overview may be okay. Thus final HTML includes sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Schedule, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay
