Server - Dolly Parton's Stampede

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at your assigned section.
• Inform guests about the meal that will be served.
• Prepare and serve beverages to your assigned tables during dinner service.
• Serve standard menu, family style, to each assigned table.
• Provide additional food if requested, as it is all-you-can-eat.
• Understand food allergies and available options; be vigilant when serving guests with food allergies.
• Clean table and section when dinner service is complete.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands

• Continuous walking on level ground as well as up and down steps.
• Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, and balancing.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of trays with beverages, food, and used dishes.
