About the role

The Server/Dietary Aide creates a high-quality dining experience by assisting with meal preparation, dining room setup, and meal service while following regulations, policies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and dining room preparation.
• Provide meal service to customers.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively with all customers.

Schedule

• Part-time, 30 hours biweekly.
• Every other weekend: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Weekdays: 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Pay

Estimated starting pay range: $19.09 - $20.59 per hour. Actual pay depends on qualifications and market conditions.

The community includes 190 independent apartments, 58 assisted living apartments, and 20 memory care apartments, providing options for senior apartments, assisted living, and memory care.
