Timber Hills is seeking full and part-time Servers to join its team. Current openings include:
- 4p–7p (part-time)
- 10:30a–7:00p (full-time)
- 7a–2p (part-time)
Timber Hills is located at 6307 Burnham Circle, Inver Grove Heights, MN 55076. Set amidst 25 acres of the historic Korfhage Farm, Timber Hills is surrounded by ponds, wetlands, and walking paths. This beautiful community has the look and decor of a Northwoods lodge, offering a serene work environment.

Responsibilities
The Server/Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high-quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
Pay
The estimated starting pay range for this role is $19.09 – $20.59 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
