Server - Day and Weekend Availability

Average pay is based on schedule availability & flexibility and is an estimate based on recent data. All tipped team members are paid the tipped minimum wage, plus tips.

Real Seafood is where the coastlines of the Atlantic Ocean, the Great Lakes, and the Gulf of Mexico meet and features a menu teeming with the area's largest variety of fresh-caught fish and seafood. We're looking for polished professionals who have an eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adopt our standards to join our fast-paced team.

This front-of-house Food Server / Waiter role focuses on guest service and waiting tables. You will be expected to provide great customer service and interact with co-workers in a friendly and thoughtful manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in a full-service restaurant environment
• Work collaboratively with co-workers and other servers
• Adhere to and learn Real Seafood’s service standards

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of server experience in a full-service restaurant
• Open weekend availability and at least 2 days during the week
• Willingness to work 2 lunch shifts per week
