Responsibilities

• Take customers’ food and beverage orders
• Aid in setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate parties
• Maintain cleanliness standards in restaurant, wait-station and kitchen service area
• Receive proper payment from guests and ensure accuracy of guest check and method of payment
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in person and on phone by providing timely and knowledgeable information
• Promote a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Basic math skills (able to add, subtract, and count change back to customer)
• Legible handwriting, strong customer service and verbal communication skills
