Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and exceptional dining experience for members and guests at the Cabana.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
• Anticipate and address member and guest needs promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of service.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and maintain a calm, professional demeanor.

Education, Certifications & Experience

• Basic math skills.
• Prior server experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years old for food service, 21 years old for food & cocktail service.
• Fluent in written and conversational English.
• Proficient in using computers.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a hot and noisy environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and move freely around the Cabana and Pool area.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally, with assistance.

Expected Work Hours

This is a seasonal position available from May through September. Shifts typically start as early as 8:00 am and end as late as 6:00 pm. Flexibility is key, as the schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Overtime may be required during peak times.
