Front of House Receptionist Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Answer questions about the menu, assist customers with reservations, takeout, and delivery orders
- Ability to communicate in English, fluency in other Chinese is a PLUS
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, and manage reservations and seating arrangements, including waitlist management during peak times
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
About the role
We are now hiring for Front House including servers, bussers, and food runners. For this position, you will start with Busser.
Requirements
No prior experience required; both entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome.
Qualifications
Competitive salary starts at $18.45/hr, plus tips that range from $20/hr to $23/hr and potentially even more.
